Designed for both men and women, All Star Kickboxing offers a fun workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strengthens and tones, reduces body fat, and reduces stress levels. All Star Kickboxing is a high-intensity, calorie-burning workout that is great for all levels of fitness. We blend elements of boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and self-defense into a 45 minute routine.
At the same time, you'll gain far greater confidence and focus... and a whole new attitude toward life.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable exercise shorts or sweat pants and a non-restricting t-shirt or tank top. No shoes are allowed on the floor, so you will exercise in bare feet. Bring a water bottle or sports drink. As you'll be hitting a bag or target, you'll also need hand wraps and/or gloves to protect your hands and wrists, please purchase these at a sporting goods store.
Times:
All Star Kickboxing classes are held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8:15 - 9:15 in the Fitness room.
Fee:
First class is free, please come early to fill out the waiver and monthly classes are $49.
