We have a specific program designed especially for children ages 12 and under. This program is the ideal combination of physical exercise, motor skill development, All Star curriculum, and life skills training.
Children can benefit enormously from practicing at All Star! That's because our training focuses on the whole child rather than on one single aspect of fitness. As our student, not only will your child learn punching and kicking, but they will also achieve:
